Executive Chef
Chef Shantanu Mehrotra works with EHV International as Executive Chef at Indian Accent New Delhi and New York. He joined the Old World Hospitality Group in 1999 and is a seasoned culinary professional with over two decades of experience.
He has been Executive Chef of Indian Accent from day it opened at The Manor in 2009 and has created innumerable award winning menus in the last 15 years.
